Flylish price

Translating up to 500 characters, reviewing and read-aloud with your device's own voice never use points. AI explanations, follow-ups and grammar fixes do, and each result shows how many points it took.

Questions

Do points expire?

Points from signing up, from signing in on a second app and from point packs never expire.

Lite and Pro points are topped up to the full amount at the start of each billing period, and unused ones don't carry over. Yearly plans are topped up every month too. Monthly points are used first, then the ones you were given or bought.

If I buy on my phone, can I use it on my computer?

Yes. Your plan and points belong to your account. Sign in with the same account in the extension, the Windows app or the phone app and you use the same points.

Can I still translate when my points run out?

Yes. Translations up to 500 characters use no points (200 a day on the free plan, no limit on Lite and Pro), and reviewing and your device's voice keep working.

AI explanations, follow-ups and grammar fixes need points. You can upgrade or buy a pack, and on Lite or Pro you can also wait for the next top-up.

How do refunds work?

If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, refunds follow Apple's or Google's rules and you ask for one in the store.

If you paid on our checkout page (from the extension or the Windows app), write to support@flylish.com within 14 days and you get a full refund. The points from that purchase are taken back, and any you already used come off your balance.

How do I cancel?

iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Android: Play Store, Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.

Paid on our checkout page: in the extension or the Windows app, open Plans and points and click Manage subscription, or use the link in the email you got after paying.

After you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move to the free plan. Your word list works as before, and the points you were given or bought stay in your account for AI explanations.
